Making the Treachery runeword in D2 Resurrected items requires a set of three-socket body armor to serve as a base for the runeword. When playing on Normal difficulty, the lowest level 3-socket body armor is Light Plate, which begins dropping in Act III of the game, although you may be able to obtain it earlier in the Secret Cow Level.
