If you aren't able to get a royal crossbow, have thought about purchasing The Armadyl Crossbow. Always use 2H or dual weaponry to slay tasks. Choose the most powerful weapon available. If you have a level 80 ranged wep or an 80-lvl melee weapon as your highest tier weapons pick the weapon you are weakest against (according to the combat triangle).

You'll never require anything more than bandos/ barrows for slaying tasks. If you're in need of Lvl 80 weapons I'd suggest to buy chaotic weapons and save your cash on other things. I would suggest that players not buy weapons at lv 90 when they've got cash to burn. Up to buy RS gold you though.
